Iniesta to leave Vissel

Andres Iniesta, who won the World Cup with Spain in 2010 and four Champions Leaguetitles and nine LaLigachampionships with Barcelona, is leaving Japanese club Vissel Kobe.

Iniesta fought back tears as he announced on Thursday at a press conference that he would be leaving the clubmidway through the current J League season in July and indicated that he planned to continue playing, although not saying where.

Asked where he might play, he replied: 'I have to tell you the truth, I don't know.

'I want to keep playing football. I feel like I am capable of still playing,' he added, speaking in Spanish. 'But as this chapter closes, we'll see what's possible. I want to finish my career on the pitch playing, and this is what I'm hoping to do.'

Hernandez 'agrees personal terms with PSG'

Bayern Munich's Lucas Hernandez has agreed personal termswith Paris Saint-Germain, according to reports.

Hernandez had been in contract talks with the German side before PSG made signing him a priority, according to Foot Mercato, with the two parties now seemingly in agreement as per L'Equipe.

However, Bayern would now need to be convinced to let their star defender leave the club, which may prove no easy task even for the financial superpower that is the French champions.

Slot REJECTS Tottenham

Tottenham managerial target Arne Slot says he wants to stay at Feyenoord next season.

The Dutchman had held exploratory talks over a move to bring Slot to the Premier League next season.
